Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell University as well as her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) credentials through Yoga Alliance. With a thorough and in-depth understanding of current whole food plant-based nutrition Skye is able to approach nutrition from a “wholistic” point of view, as advanced by leading practitioners.
Skye can assist in the evaluation of the many conflicting messages about healthy diets coming at us every day from various media sources. Aligned with the PCRM practitioners, Skye believes in putting prevention over pills, in order to empower people to take control of their own health.
