Salad dressed with No Oil dressing • baked potatoes & mushrooms sautéed in water – so we can eat all the healthy food & get Zero processed foods (oil is a processed food with nutrients & fiber removed – yes even olive oil & yes even coconut oil. Ideally avoid all oils & choose nuts, seeds & avocados instead when looking to add healthy fats to dishes <3 )
